About the house: The house is newly-renovated with a wrap around porch, basement access, and off-street parking. Water, garbage/recycling, snow removal, lawn/garden maintenance are included. Utilities not included in the rent: electric, heat/AC, and internet (Optimum). The lease is a 1-year renewable lease. Security deposit is 1.5 month’s rent. The available rooms are on the 2nd floor. Each room has it’s own closet. Full bathroom is shared between three tenants living on the 2nd floor. The kitchen, living room, dining room, and laundry are shared by all 4 tenants.
