As for the room itself, it’s on the second floor, has carpet, and its own thermostat. Newly furnished kitchen with all electric appliances.

I work 3 to 4 times a week, 12 hour day and night shifts. When I’m off, I’m either working on the house, in the game room playing video games, or out and about.
