Welcome to our home in Dobson Ranch! Available starting March 2nd, this property features 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, and over 2000 sq feet of living space.

The bedroom being offered is on the ground floor and has easy access to the downstairs bathroom, however, guests may use this bathroom when visiting as it is the only one available on the ground level.

This room has a large closet, a fan with a remote, and no carpet - all tile flooring! It is near the garage and laundry room and separate from the other bedrooms upstairs, however light sleepers should be aware that this room is near areas of high traffic.

Our shared spaces include 2 living rooms, one with a fireplace and a 55“ smart TV, the other living space has a 65“ smart TV, and a workout area.

Near the workout area, we have our dining space, that connects to our beautiful kitchen with quartz countertops and SS appliances.

In the backyard, our property offers a pool and mature lemon tree. The pool is about 6 ft deep and is not heated or fenced. We also have a seating area and lighting out back to enjoy the sunsets.

Parking for one vehicle is available on the street in front of the house.

Rent includes all utilities (elec, w/s/t, internet), landscaping, pool care, and access to streaming services we subscribe to, including Spotify.

Roommates can opt to have a cleaner come in once a month to maintain our space for an additional fee.

Marissa: Owner of the home and is 31 years old. She works from home and has 1 small dog who is 15 years old. She enjoys hiking, investing in real estate, spending time with loved ones, and traveling to new places! She is also a vegetarian.

Desi: Marissa’s niece, and is 21 years old. She works in Tempe and has 1 medium-sized dog who is 7 years old and a 2 year old albino ball python. Desi loves fashion, tattoos, social media, and podcasts.

Victor: Desi’s Boyfriend of 8+ years, and is 21 years old. He works in Tempe and shares a dog with Desi. He loves cars, shoes, and trying out different side hustles. He is also gluten-free.

We may have one other roommate joining us in the future, however, at this time the 3 of us above are the only individuals living in the home.

All of us are cannabis friendly and would prefer a roommate who is also cannabis friendly.

Our pets generally get along with other animals, however we’d want to introduce our dogs before signing a lease to ensure all pets are comfortable.

We all have friends and family who may visit from time to time, but we try to maintain a quiet and low-key space M-F. During the weekends, we might have friends over to visit, but all members of the house are very mindful and respect quiet hours after 10pm. We also host events a few times a year, with family and friends.
