4 bedroom house located in the heart of pittsfield. Closer to lenox, Massachusetts. Private room (furnished) available with a shared shower as the upstairs bathroom is a 1/2 bath. Quiet neighborhood, with nice neighbors and a peaceful environment with many families in the area. Shared driveway, with garage. Wifi, Heat, Air conditioning, water, sewage and electricity included. Big back yard, and decent front yard. Washer and dryer in basement. Weight lifting equipment. Shared computer room if needed

Ideally looking for a roomate that is quiet, responsible, respectful, honest, friendly, fun, CLEAN and would be ok with a child in the house with us.

The potential room for rent is downstairs, next to the other spare room, along with the bathroom that has the shower. Currently has a full size bed, 2 dressers, 50“ T.V. mini fridge, closet to hang clothes, store items.

Upstairs, would be my room and my son’s room. (Gated) so separated throught the day/night. With the half bath, were we can keep our hygiene products, shampoo, etc.

The living room fairly large with shared living space, comfortable and cozy.

Electric heating, with a thermostat per room. (Winter) for the summer I have multiple portable A.C. units that work well.

The drive way has plenty of room for our cars (I have two) but I will keep one in the garage. The backyard is big with a trampoline, and a sitting area.

5-8 minute drive to stop and shop, market 32, CVS. Public transportation near. Perfect for college students or staff at BMC.

Plenty of room for extra storage if you have things with you while you move.

33 year old quiet male who works in lenox and is gone for most of the day. I don’t smoke, drink, or do drugs of any kind. I like to keep to myself, and usually busy with errands, spending time with my son and or cleaning the house. Working on my cars, yard work, etc. 5 year old son who lives with me full time.. Home at night in the weekdays, and home all weekend.

21 year old male who has a similar schedule - clean, neat and friendly.

Normally home by 5pm ish and go to bed between 9pm and 10pm. Leaving the house by no later than 9am.

My mother comes occasionally to see my son, but for the most part I don’t have people over, if I do I will communicate.
