Common areas (kitchen and living room) are furnished. Washer and dryer in laundry area and storage space in garage. On street parking in front of house. Utilities (electric, gas, water/sewer) are divided between renters. Looking for mature, responsible, non-smoking, drug-free renter for single occupancy. Renter must be MALE since you would be sharing a bathroom with another MALE. No couples, children, or parties. Military preferred. One current renter has a dog but no other pets will be allowed. $300 deposit and 6 month lease. $40 application background check. Lease can only be extended until June 2022.
