Oakwood Avenue

Renting out one of my rooms in my 3 Bed 2 Bath home. One room is completely furnished and the other room is empty depending on what you need. Furnished room will be an additional $100 a month. Utilities are included and you’ll have full access to kitchen and laundry room.

I am in and out of the house often due to work and constantly spending time with my family so there will be a lot of weekends where I will not be home. I have dogs and cats on the property. Dogs are mostly outdoor, cat is indoor. Will be requesting a back ground check prior to lease being signed. This will be a 6 month lease with the possibility to renew lease at the end of the 6 months.
