I am brand new to Kissimmee/Celebration/4 Corners area and am living in a 3 bedroom 2 full bath pool home with a fenced in yard. I do have 2 amazing dogs & 2 amazing cats, so you would need to be ok with loving animals. You will not be responsible or asked or required to care for them in any way.

The bedroom is NOT furnished as of 6/9/2019 but once someone agrees to move in, I will furnish the bedroom with a Queen Memory foam 10 inch mattress, headboard, dresser, end table and TV. I have high speed WiFi, Google WiFi routers at 170mps download, full access to living room, Netflix, Hulu, Xfinity top of the line cable, and more.

I work from home and am NOT a party person. There is a pool and that can obviously be used as long as you pick up after yourself. The kitchen is obviously yours to use as well as any storage in the house. If you do have kids part time, we can discuss that on case by case basis.

I do not mind kids but the house would get a little crowded with multiple kids in the house. The square ft is 1500.

The rent does include all utilities and I would prefer a 3-6 month minimum lease.

It is just me and my 2 dogs and 2 cats. I work from home& own my own business. So any person who parties, up really late, loud, etc will not be welcomed or tolerated.
