The rooms will be semi furnished with a new bed, new sheets, new pillow, and a table for a little tv if you choose to stream from your room. You will share the bathroom with one other person only. The bathroom is nice and large with granite countertops and nice cherrywood cabinets. The granite and cherry cabinets are throughout the house and in the kitchen as well. All stainless-steel appliances and nice modern washer and dryer. Tile throughout the whole house except the bedrooms which are carpet. Full-size high-end pool table. I have a third bedroom that I keep for family and friends. One person per room no exceptions, no overnight guests, no pets, no drugs. You must be able to pass a back ground check no exceptions.
