Your room would be downstairs, it has windows and a closet. We have a big back yard, two refrigerators and new floors in the kitchen. We have a garage and a living room with plenty of room for furniture or extra storage. Our neighboorhood is quaint and there are many bus-stops around the area to make it convenient for those who don’t have a car. We are renewing this lease the start of July 1st, so rent in July will be for the first and last month. If you are interested, we will give you a background check before moving you in. We Split the other bills equally so it’s usually 120 extra for everything else, such as water, gas, electricity, Internet, etc.

There are 3 women living in this home currently, all working and going to school part-time. We are looking for a wholesome lady who wants to make our home more complete! We all keep to ourselves, so we do our own dishes and keep our things in our rooms to not clutter up the shared living spaces. If you have a dog then we will most likely love them as one of our own.
