Seeking roommate, preferably a professional or student female, who is okay with three lovable dogs (2) small breed (1) purebred Bernese mountain dog who are constantly watched by owners or caged when owners are gone
Our house is located 3 minutes from the 78 highway, and 10 minutes from the 15 freeway.
Parking spot in front of house on street or in the driveway, washer/dryer in unit, a few blocks away from a nice park, and we’re located in a safe neighborhood.
Would split utilities (gas, electricity & internet) ONLY IF the utilities go above $350, otherwise the utilities will be paid by us.
We’re both active duty Marines who are also part time students, pursuing higher education, love to clean, go on adventures, catch on our shows and exercise. Please no pets as our dogs are more than enough, no kids, and no couples.

aged between 22-28. all are professionals, half go to school part time. there are three dogs(they are roommates as well)
