About the roomies
Well, I just bought this house a few months ago and figured that it would help out to rent out the rooms. Neither the other roommate or I are the party type and both of us prefer to keep the house fairly clean. Also neither of us smoke. I have the master bedroom and the other roommate has the smaller of the two regular bedrooms.
