Located in Orange Crest by restaurants, movies, grocery stores, and close to UCR! Quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors right next door to orange fields. The room is the first story bedroom (no other rooms are on this floor) the bathroom is right across from the bedroom and has a full bath. Very spacious house with a large backyard. There is a huge couch and TV in the living room if you want to chill out and have a work out area in the garage.

I’m 31 year old single dad. Work Monday - Friday typically get home later in the day. Have two dogs that are really friendly and just like to lay around. Like to have bbq’s with family and friends on occasion, but mostly the house is pretty quiet.
