Looking for someone to rent a room in a beautiful Cotati home! The room is one of two on the second floor of the home, has its own closet and big windows with lots of natural light. There is a shared bathroom in the hallway outside of the room. Also on the second floor has a fully-stocked kitchen, furnished living room, and washer/dryer in the home, all of which you will have access to. The house is within walking distance of SSU, Oliver’s Market, and downtown Cotati.

Rent is $775. First and last month’s rent due at the start of lease with $500 security deposit. Utility costs are shared equally by everyone in the house and are calculated at the end of each month. We are a house of young working professionals and students. Most of the time we are either at school or work, but we’ll hang out in the evenings or get together on the weekends. We’re all very respectful of one another and do our best to keep the house and shared spaces clean.
