These are luxury apartments with fantastic amenities such as gated community, security on site, pool/hot tub, gym, yoga room, game room, Study rooms, barbecue Pitts, and much more! Let’s schedule a tour and time to meet. What makes this place worth every penny is its prime location; it is in-between San Pedro and The Coleman Shopping Center. Lots of stores and restaurants nearby, but still in its own quite/peaceful place. Close to major freeways, walking distance from the Coleman shopping center, and a park right next to us.

You would be renting with myself and my 3-year-old son (so must like and be good with kids)! You will have complete access to the apartment. I want this to be your home too as much as it is mine. Good credit is essential, clean background, no drugs, and verified income.
