We have a large bedroom available in Vancouver, in a safe and quiet subdivision. It offers plenty of space at 1,850 sq. ft., featuring 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, making it perfect for those who value a balance of privacy and community. The home is equipped with a state-of-the-art security system for your safety and peace of mind, as well as installed bedroom locks, and a keypad front door entry. We do have three cats. One Maine Coon and two 7 year old domestic shorthairs.

Rental Details: Room Rate: $900 per month Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of $500 is required upon move-in. Lease Terms: Minimum stay of 6 months with the option to extend Utilities: All utilities are included in the rent

Shared Amenities: Access to all common areas, including the kitchen, living spaces, laundry room, and outdoor areas.

My husband and I own and reside in the home. We have been renting the full house out for the last two years, so there will be other roommates, as well as 3 cats. Currently there is my sister who lives with us, as well as another tenant, named Ethan. We all work full time and I am a student working towards my nursing degree. At the end of the night, you will usually find my husband and myself watching a show before bed. On the weekends Im usually doing homework, or we will be out finding something to do. You don’t have to always hang out, but it’s always fun when we can!
