Brand New House in Fountain Valley. We are near the border with Huntington Beach and Westminster. Near the 405 freeway exit Magnolia, 15 minutes from the beach, Orange Coast College and Goldenwest College.

Room is fully furnished with a twin size bed, comforter, pillow, desk, chair, 43 inch TV and a fridge. Available for immediate move in.

We prefer male only. Absolutely no smoking, vaping or drugs. No pets or couples.

We value peace and quiet and therefore we have quiet hours from 11:00 pm to 8:00 am everyday. We also don’t allow visitors or guests.

Rent: $1,200/month Deposit: $1,200. Utilities: $150. included: gas, electric, water, trash and internet. If Work From Home, there will be an additional surge charge of $100 on top of rent.

You’ll have kitchen and washer/ dryer privileges. You will have your own designated parking space on the driveway.

We have plenty of parking spaces. Can easily park 8 cars on the driveway.

Area is safe and neighbors are nice.

We value peace and harmony greatly. All of the rules about no visitors, no pets and quiet times are there to ensure that everyone lives here enjoy some peace and have time to rest.
