Coker Avenue

Hi! I have one bedroom for rent in my Castle Rock home. The room can be furnished with a twin memory foam bed, and a chair (if desired). You would share an updated bathroom with my roommate. The house is fully furnished, great fenced in back yard, washer/dryer in house, one garage spot, all utilities included/Hulu/WiFi/Apple TV, pool in the summer, and unlimited basement storage! The neighborhood has some awesome trails in it! I’m happy to send more photos.

I am a 32 year old Registered Nurse, and my roomie is a 27 year old pest control professional. We have a total of 3 dogs (one golden retriever, and 2 shitzu mixes) who are awesome! Open to a max of one more dog..it would have to be the right fit. (There is a doggie door!) We are both always up for an adventure, but equally appreciate relaxing and having down time.
