Enrique's room

Apartment building is very old, fully furnished, room is unfurnished w/ a closet. Street parking is not the best, close walk to bars, grocery stores, and the beach. Must be okay with cats.

The room is 9’ 6“ x 12’ 5“, it gets a decent amount of natural light, most of it indirect.

Ideal roommate works and goes to school, is very clean and respectful. Cleanliness is the main characteristic that I’m looking for. Must also be tolerant of noisy upstairs neighbors.

29 M, works full time and goes to school as well. Hobbies are meal prep/cooking in general, pc gaming, and pro sports.
