The property is a luxury apartment with access to a private terrace, communal outdoor space, private communal dock on the Atlantic Ocean. Beach access is less than a 5 minute walk and there’s an ocean view from the bedroom.

Close to Long Beach, Atlantic Beach and surrounding areas.

The room is queen sized (with ample space for a desk ) and has a walk in closet. The bathroom will be shared along with the kitchen, dining and living area. The room is on the first floor by itself so you will have privacy even with roommates upstairs.

Ideal location for the free spirit. Quiet tree lined blocks and friendly atmosphere. Private parking is available at an extra fee.

A small family of three. Female writer, a male fitness trainer and a 7 year old.

We are very low key people and appreciate like minded folks. We don’t have pets and are very much to ourselves. We’re non smokers and are not huge fans of cooks though we love to eat!

We appreciate a quiet person who is organized and clean. We live minimally so it would be nice to have someone who’s able to live the same.

Also we’re open to consider small pets as our 7 year old would be delighted to have a new friend (if you’re okay with that Ofcourse!)

We are both freelancers and work quietly at home in the upstairs area, so it’s like you’re alone almost all the time.

We’re very near Long Beach and Atlantic Beach and so if you’re a beach fan you’ll be thrilled.
