Hello!
We have a room in a 5 BR apartment available for a July 1 move-in ($800/month). One year lease. Landlord requires one month’s security, and proof of income (should be twice the monthly rent). They WILL take a guarantor if needed.
How’s this apartment? – High-ceiling, 4-story, hardwood-floored building renovated with partial brick finishing in Spring 2017 (we’re on the 4th floor) – 5 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, shared living room and kitchen area – In-unit washer/dryer – Central air conditioning – Roof access – High quality WiFi – Landlord doesn’t allow pets, and there’s no smoking in the unit (but on the roof is no problem) – A minute’s walk from the G line (Bedford-Nostrand stop) – Within walking distance of multiple bars, restaurants, and cafes (Lucha Lucha, Captain Dan’s, Civil Service, Cinnamon Girl, Pilar, Black Swan, Swell Dive, Clementine, Stonefruit, Little Roy, and more), a great local park (Herbert Von King Park), and the Bed Stuy Home Depot for any home needs.

About the roomies
And the roommates & landlord? – Four men, two students and two professionals. We place a premium on courtesy toward one another and communication, respecting privacy, and that this is a shared living space we should all be able to enjoy and keep clean. :) – Available most weeknights, Friday afternoon and evening, and all weekend for viewings. – The landlord company are good people, well organized! They’re very responsive to any issues we’ve had, with a maintenance ticketing system on their website providing for helpful, same-day responses and fixes. – If you like what you see after the viewing, we can provide you the info for the application process through their website.
