Townhome in a community of young professionals, park with baseball fields 1 minute walking distance, and a 10 minute bike ride to the beach. 5 Min Uber to downtown. The property is nice and clean. I have spare bikes if you want to use them. There is grills and cooking stuff free to use as long as it’s cleaned and maintained.

FAU and LYNN University is about 5-10 minutes away via back roads.

I am not OCD level clean but I like things looking nice and not dirty. You have access to vacuums and cleaning supplies anytime. I stock all the toiletries and paper products as well.

There is a private patio, perfect for hanging out. There are camera’s in the common areas of the house mostly just for my dog, but you will be given full access to the cameras as well as the ring cameras too, as well as the ability to turn them off.

The room: Full closest. Internet included, amazon alexas available. Smoke and co2 detector in room.

It’s just me. I am a firefighter paramedic and clinical instructor at FAU for medicine , I have a very friendly lab/greyhound dog. He does shed so if allergies is an issue, this is not a good fit. He won’t go into your spaces.

Bathroom can be negotiable if you want your own, 2 full bathrooms. Both recently updated.

THE CATCH!** I work 24 hour shifts (sometimes 48) so any help with watching my dog would be great and thus why rent is cheap. If you need to travel we can coordinate such and my friends an watch. No parties please! No drug use either other than 420! I expect my roommate to walk and care for my dog while I’m at work!

High Speed internet, and netflix/amazon tv free to use. Power and water included as well as long as I don’t see a huge jump in the bills of course.

We have a shared hoa pool, two parking spaces and plenty of guest spaces.

I drink socially, and sometimes do cook nights with some friends – always welcomed to partake.

All prospective roommates needs to pass a background check, and will be paid for by myself.

420 is okay, no other drugs. Smoking is okay in the patio.

If you have a dog/cat, he or she must be friendly and up to date in vacs. message me.

Privacy is very important to me as it should to be you. All rooms do lock, smart lock on front door.
