We are looking for someone to take over one spot in our lease in a spacious 3 bedroom / 2.5 bathroom townhouse in Morristown. It is right off of Route 287, about an 8 minute walk to the Morristown train station and within walking distance to the Morristown Green.

Your room will be on the first floor with direct access to the porch. You will also have your own private bathroom. The main living spaces are furnished; you would only have to furnish your room. The current tenant is willing to sell the closet as well as some of the furniture in the bedroom for a reasonable price.

There’s also a washer and dryer in the basement as well as plenty of storage.

Parking is on the street. There are a ton of spots and we have never had trouble finding a place to park.

We are looking for someone to move in from July 10th. Your portion of the rent will be $1192 plus utilities (split 3-ways). Security deposit is $1250. Please feel free to reach out if you are interested and to schedule a visit!
