Lived here for a little over two years, it’s in a great area, a good neighborhood, with easy access to the highway and less than 8 minutes from Old Town Scottsdale. I am a 26-year-old male and I own the condo myself. My girlfriend is my partner-in-crime when it comes to making this a home. With that being said, her name isn’t on the lease but she’s there just as much as I am, and sometimes more often than that.

I trust and knew she would be the better one of us to post an ad/trying to find a roommate and so on. We all know girls are way better at this stuff usually… so I trust her with finding a quality roommate.

I’m easy going, funny and easy to get along with. I’m looking for somebody,– girl or guy – who is respectful and can maintain a steady income and pays their rent on time! My girlfriend is 23 years old, we’re both employed full-time and stay in a lot more than we use to. She’s great and she is a lot of fun, trust me, I just need someone whose down to be my roommate and wouldn’t mind her lovely self around sometimes.
