Cleveland Place

I have a room for rent with a shared bathroom in a brand new house in manteca. Rent is $500 a month with a $500 deposit. Rent will include all utilities, internet, and full house access. There is an above ground pool and a pool table in the garage. Looking for a single person no couples! Children and pets are considered on a case by case basis. We do have large dogs and a cat. It is myself (26), my husband (28), and my 2 year old daughter. We have 3 large dogs, a small inside cat and dog, a Guinea pig and fish. I work full time and my husband is a stay at home veteran.
