Fallingleaf Drive

A large loft room with it’s own bathroom. Unfurnished, but there is currently a spare bed in there that can be left for your use if you desire. The space includes a bedroom, a large loft area and it’s own full bathroom.

Shared common areas are the living room, kitchen, backyard & firepit, dining area and you are welcome to use the washer/dryer.

Included utilities are water, trash, internet (and the downstairs TV has HBO Now and Netflix!) Electricity bill is split and you buy your own groceries.

There is no other tenants other than myself. I have a small dog named Pickles. I spend half my time here and half my time at my boyfriends house, so you’ll have lots of space and time alone.

I am a clean person, I like to wind down with a glass of wine and watch a movie in the evening. If you are looking for something low-key, this is your place.
