The house is a 3 bedroom 1 bath and I will soon be adding a second bathroom. Rent will include all utilities and the rent rate is negotiable. The room can be furnished if needed. I’d prefer a non smoker (outside smoking ok), male or female, with no pets but a small house trained dog may be ok.

Seeking a roomie for my father who has been diagnosed with dementia. He is 63, very active, and just needs someone to make sure he eats and showers. He does not need medical attention nor help bathing, dressing, etc. I’d just like for him to have some company as he lives alone. If interested please send a message:)
