It’s 3 minutes away from the train station. on a small quiet street close to the post road so you will have access to a lot of places to shop. including walmart, walgreens, cvs etc. lots of places to shop all within 5 minutes. I’m a single dad with a 12 year old boy so there will be a background check. If you’re a single parent like myself that would be ideal as long as your kids are well behaved. if you need the extra kids room we can discuss that when you come see the house otherwise it’s 750 for the 1 room.
