The house is located on major cross streets, Whittier and Harbor. I’m looking for a roommate to share this brand new remodeled house with. It’s a nice pad and well taken care of. $950 + $950 deposit with everything included (internet & utilities). For the summer months, we’ll split the electricity bill so everyone can chill.

Attention: Absolutely No drama. Must have a full-time job or attend school full-time. Must have respect for the common area as the house is clean and well maintained. If you have a boy/girlfriend, they can stay over once in a while.

Chores: The only real chore is taking out the trash, which we alternate, and cleaning up after yourself in the common area. You’ll have your own drying rack and storage space to help organize things.

We are 3 chill guys. I’m a professional that works from home. One of the roommates is a 9-5 working professional and the other is a college student and intern. You will be sharing the restroom with one other roommate.
