I am currently looking for a female roommate only to live with me in Panorama City, CA. The apartment complex is gated. The unit has its own lock gate and entrance, so it is private. The neighbors are very kind and keep to themselves. For the most part the neighborhood is pretty quiet.

The apartment has a full kitchen, living room, and dining room space. You would also get your own parking spot. You and I would be the only ones sharing living spaces.

Room: •It fits a king or queen size bed very comfortably, with extra space for other furniture. •The room includes a full restroom inside the room, which you would not share with anyone else. •There is a full closet with plenty of space.
Rate: •I am looking for someone who can pay $950.00 per month. The price is not negotiable. •Deposit: 950.00 •We need proof of income: last three paycheck stubs. •You must have good credit •No pets are allowed in the unit. •Currently, our landlord only wants one person in the room. Sorry, this is also not negotiable.

Utilities: •Water is included in the rent •We pay wi-fi, gas, and electricity which adds up to around : $50.00 per month or less for all utilities.

I am looking for a female roommate who is responsible, clean, and also takes responsibility of splitting chores weekly, and who can stay long-term. Also, some who is respectful of space, and does not bring the party home. A little about myself, I identify as Chicana, I am 30 years old, and I work for a non-profit in Los Angeles. My work schedule is 8am-4pm. I am a morning person. I am in and out of my apartment on the weekend and travel from time to time for work and pleasure. I like to hike, read, explore LA, and am actively involved in the community.
