Hi, we are a clean and friendly young couple looking to rent out our guest room and guest bath to a kind and responsible roommate. The room has a brand new carpet, a large walk-in closet and the bathroom is very spacious along with a tub/shower combo. The room is secluded from the rest of the house for decent privacy. All utilities including wifi are included in the rent. We also have a laundry room complete with a washer and dryer as well as a back yard and full kitchen with a stove/oven, microwave, and dishwasher. There is a garage for your bike as well. We have a very modern style and plan on updating many things throughout the house over time. Our lovely house is minutes from Downtown Chandler, Chandler Fashion Mall as well as many restaurants and stores. We are very close to Intel, Microchip and many other tech companies. Our house is in a very safe and clean neighborhood with plenty of walking paths and fields. We currently have cats and do not allow other cats/dogs.

We are a young couple of engineers who are very kind and accommodating. We keep our space clean and stylish. We have two male cats named Bubba and Shrimp who are neutered and very friendly. We do not smoke, we love to cook and are in general very relaxed people.
