About the room
I’m looking for someone to take over my lease for my room from June 2019 at Calibre Bend Apartments (Gated Community),which is a 10 minute walk from Full Sail university and a 10 minute drive from UCF. You will share a bedroom, bathroom and a spacious closet with another person hence the rent will be $305 excluding the utilities (which is usually around $20), electricity and WiFi. The Apartment complex has a great clubhouse with a gym and swimming pool.
About the roomies
The apartment is shared with two other students from Full Sail, who are helpful and maintain cleanliness throughout the house. They are open-minded, friendly and are great at cooking!
