About the room
Great fully Furnished Mini Master with Walk in Closet, bathroom and tv & Netflix in a quiet 3 story townhouse.
WiFi, Netflix, and Utilities are included. Home is fully furnished with nice things. The kitchen has everything you could need with nice utensils, pots and pans, etc The kitchen also has a coffee, espresso, and tea area for us addicts.
We have a community pool and the bottom floor of the home has an awesome little Movie Theater Room in it for great movies and binge worthy shows. Netflix, Amazon Prime, & Hulu included in movie theater room.
There is a balcony with a dartboard. Location is great, just mins away from the Strip, the airport, and UNLV. Also just mins from the 515 which easily connects you to North and South LV, & Henderson. Walking distance to 24hr Walmart, and close to tons of great food options, banking, and shopping.
About the roomies
We are a clean, quiet, easy going, drama free and drug free couple. 35 & 22. We’re both open minded southerners. We love the outdoors and traveling. We’re not big partiers. We keep to ourselves mostly but we’d also love to make friends with our roomate.
