About the room
We have one nice room with twin bed available in our large home for a young single professional or student to rent. Strongly prefer male. This is a single room for a single renter. No kids. No pets, no overnight guests, no parties, no drugs and no smoking. 420 is a drug too.
We have a 10 year old son and another boy on the way. Also, my mother in law lives at our home so our renters need to be respectful and able to get along with a young and growing family. Rent includes WiFi, electricity, water and sewage and garbage. Includes use of our laundry room too.
Our family make up includes English, Tagalog, and Cebuano speakers, big plus if you can speak Tagalog or Cebuano.
Our rooms are always popular when they become available and even though there are a lot of rules, renters enjoy their stay. If interested please reply via email with a little background about yourself, what your daily schedule is like, etc. We are very flexible with the right person.
