Currently seeking a housemate to occupy a room in a gorgeous view home, 3 blocks from the Old Town waterfront and Ruston Way.

The available area includes a medium/large-sized bedroom and a shared bath (only 1 other person), laundry, full use of common areas and some access to garage storage. The house is also fully furnished, aside from the room to be occupied (all but 1 photo taken before move-in). The neighborhood is very walkable with tons of great shops and restaurants within minutes. One of the most desirable places to live in Tacoma.

Questions to ask yourself before replying with interest: Are you clean and tidy in your living habits? Do you pay your bills on time? Do you have the majority of your shit together? Are you considerate of mutual spaces? If you answered yes to all these, please feel free to inquire or pass along info to someone who meets this basic human criteria. If not, don’t.

The rent is not cheap but for the price, its a steal in comparison to the tiny flats going for about the same (or more) in the area.
