I have two private rooms for rent in my place 1 1/2 miles nw of Downtown Knoxville. The mobile is a single wide so rooms are small, but quite comfortable. The rooms are setup dorm or hotel style, but at a 1/4 the price. Great for students. The rooms have a separate entrance from the main house, and each have locking doors with keys and ac units. Flat screen tv available, but you need your own antenna and/or fire stick/internet/cable. It is older and not smart. Two furnished rooms, each for $400 a month. The rooms do have mini fridges and microwaves as well as a twin bed and dresser/storage. One room also has a desk. The rooms are suitable for students or for those working at places where they eat out for there is no kitchen or laundry facilities. The neighbors are very quiet so renters would have to be the same. Yard is fully chain linked fenced, but would prefer no animals or smokers, but not a deal breaker. No hard drugs, excessive drinking or partying. $25 for high speed internet, if needed. $200 one time move in fee since it is month to month with no deposit. Small pets $50 a month. No large animals. Private Off street parking.

Two…Owner and a guy that has two jobs. You will probably hardly ever see them.
