The house is located on a quiet street about 3/4 mile from downtown Royal Oak. I bought it about a year ago and have been renovating it. The house is furnished, along with the two bedrooms that are available, but feel free to bring your own bedroom furniture if you’d prefer. Some work is still being completed on the house, primarily outside. The home’s interior is essentially completely remodeled. About the roomies
No current roommates. I own the house alone and work from about 8am-6pm everyday and am rarely here on weekends.
