About the room
The property is a second floor condo in Five Points community in Lewes. 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, washer/dryer, dining area, LR and small office.
We are willing to lower rent for some mutually agreed upon assistance for Rose. Happy to discuss!
About the roomies
Our 32 year old daughter, Rose, lives alone in the condo and is looking for one roommate. She works part-time Monday through Friday and goes to work between 7 and 9 am and usually works till early afternoon. Rose is on the autism spectrum but is very independent. My husband and I live 4 miles away from the condo.
