I live in a 1200 square foot home, less than a mile from the North Shore of Lake Travis. Lago Vista is 20 minutes from Cedar Park and about 30 minutes from NW Austin.

About Me:

I am easy going. I love to listen to music, not one specific genre as I am very diverse. I love cooking. I do like cleaning. I love going to outdoor patios to listen to music and hang out with friends. I enjoy get-togethers where we just hang out or play silly games. I am also an introvert so I do enjoy my own time and space and it will not hurt my feelings if you don’t constantly talk to me. However, a smile now and again is cool. :-)

Roommate Requirements:

• No smoking of any kind or vaping (If you do it outside I am okay with that)
• Can park in the driveway and possibly in the garage. (we can discuss)
• No couples, kids or additional pets, please
• Must be dog-friendly and again no additional pets.
• Room is for one occupant only
• Please do not message me if you don’t already have a photo and a link to your social media.
• $40 background check
• 6-month minimum lease
• Must give a 30-day notice if you will not continue your contract.
• Utilities and Wifi are split
• There is a queen size bed and a tv with Roku currently in the room but can be removed. (Unfortunately, the picture does not do it justice because I cannot get the entire room in one frame)
• MUST be mature, financially responsible with a job.
• If you are an easy going person who is respectful to my house, not sloppy, or super loud we will get along just fine. If we are a good match we can discuss things further.

• Private bathroom
• Access to Lago Vista’s several private parks that have playgrounds, boat ramps, disc golf, soccer fields, golf courses, picnic area, a gym, tennis courts, campground, and a swimming pool.

I do have a son who is a grown man that has graduated from college, he does come to visit occasionally, especially on the holidays.

I cannot stress enough that you must love dogs because I have 5 of them and believe it or not YES my house smells clean and not like dogs.
