Denise's room

The room is located off Hwy 155 in McDonough/Locust Grove area in a subdivision situated on a 50-acre lake and approx 2-1/2 miles from I-75. You will have your own furnished [bed and dresser] room (approx. 12x16) with fireplace, and have access to the common areas which are: sitting room area, pool table room, downstairs patio area and lake. The lake is stocked with fish and you will have access to our private dock as well. You will also have your own private entrance. We have two outside dogs, so you must be dog-friendly. No pets are allowed inside the home, with some exceptions (we are open to discuss). Roomie must be tidy and responsible.

This is a 3-story single family dwelling and there will be one other family occupying the upstairs area.
