I am a 30 yr old male who generally keeps to himself. Mainly a couch potato, but am active on occasion. The other tenant is a 40 yr old male who is pretty friendly and lives an active lifestyle. He has kids that visit for a few hrs a week at most. We are both pretty flexible with cabinet/fridge space and likely bathroom space on his part.
