This is a third-floor apartment with 3 bedrooms, one bathroom and a big kitchen!

You can choose your bedroom, ill live in the one with a deck outside, if you want the small one, the rent will be 550 and for the bigger 700, the room that is left over I’m going to use as an office.

The price has bills included, and you need to pay every first day of the month.

I’m looking for a person who wants to stay at least 3 months, cause the contract is a 1 year lease.

I’m a very quiet, cleand and organized young guy who works full time as carpenter in a big company in Cape Cod. I’m very kind and respectful, and most of my free time, i spend in my room listening to music (not too loud of course), drawing or doing something artistic lol

I never had problems with my roommates before, I just ask you not to delay the payment and everything will be fine!
