Private room, shared bathroom available in a beautiful South Phoenix Gated Community Home!

Crossroads are 20th St. & Baseline Rd. Close to Sky Harbor, South Mountain Park, Downtown Phoenix and a short drive to Tempe, Chandler, and Scottsdale.

Rent for Standard Bedroom with Shared Bath = $900.

All utilities are included in the rent. Home is in a HOA community so all maintenance is taken care of. Current housemate will be moving out in mid to late December for grad school, so ideal move in would be then but we can pro rate the rent for move in.

The room has the option to be fully furnished, or not. If furnished is preferred, it would include bed frame, bed, drawer, and desk. The room pictured is currently occupied, but the room available is roughly the same size with a slightly smaller closet. Fully furnished would be an extra $50/month.

Flexible lease lengths, anywhere from month to month, to six months. We are looking for a clean, professional and tidy individual to rent the last room to. Ideal tenant is a working professional or student.

A little about us:

• We are both males that work in sales.
• One is 64 years old male, semi retired and primarily has easy going hobbies like going to the gym, meeting friends for drinks and food and relaxed nights in watching shows or movies.
• The other is a 27 year old male, working as a business ops manager in Tempe. Hobbies include cooking, riding his motorcycle, going out for casual drinks to watch games at the bar, and checking out new events around the valley.
• We’re both very clean and organized and hope to find someone like minded.
• We also have a dog in the house so no pets are preferred unless they’re very well behaved.
