Philadelphia's room

Room can either be furnished or unfurnished. All amenities are shared: kitchen, full bathroom (double sink), half bathroom, living room, kitchen. Large backyard. Off street parking. In the room there are two closets. Some storage room available for $30/ month.

I am the owner of the home. I am in a relationship but long distance. I work a lot so not home too much. I work early so need to be in bed early. Looking for a roommate who is respectful of the space, no parties, tidy, and holds a secure job. I have a black Labrador who is very well behaved so must be okay with dogs.
