Each room comes with a new 50’ wall mounted TV (including living room and loft). Utilities included in the rental amount (water, trash, electricity, gas, cable and internet). Living room and loft are furnished.

12 month lease required with one month deposit. Cleaning of community space is shared responsibility. Credit check and income verification are mandatory.
