It is FURNISHED with a Queen-size bed (with an almost new, very good quality mattress), a small desk and office chair, a small bookcase/ TV stand (the cable is installed, you could bring your own TV), two nightstands. There is a closet with a small dresser. Some limited storage in the basement in a partially finished closet for some extra clothes, a couple suitcases, a box or two with some extra stuff. This is strongly enforced, please no extra cluttering. No room for your furniture. There is plenty of assigned space in the kitchen for personal belongings. Plenty of common use kitchen/household items. Garage available for $25 extra a month. Absolutely NO Pets (I am sorry, I am allergic to animal’s fur). No smoking of any kind, not even outside. ALL UTILITIES INCLUDED. No overnight visitors. Limited day visitors. No couples, families or kids. This is a very quiet place.

Deposit is $375, $275 refundable at the end of the lease if premises are left clean and in good shape, $100 non-refundable. First month rent ($750) and deposit due at lease signing.
