3 bed, 1 bath that’s 1 mile from UCO. It has a security system, wifi, an option to turn on TV (this won’t change the rent cost and I have a TV. I just don’t watch much TV), central heating and air in the smaller room, and parking for 2 cars in the driveway and 1 on the road. It has a large open kitchen (with 2 fridge freezers, electric stove, dishwasher, and microwave), living room, nice front lawn and a decent sized back yard with a shed. Pet-friendly with a pet fee of $150 and an extra $25 for rent. I do have a larger bedroom available for rent that has its own HVAC unit on the wall that’s $600 all bills included. No smoking inside, but it’s okay outside. If you use cannabis, you need to have a medical card.

It’s just me. I own a cat that is relatively shy but is a big sweetheart once she warms up to you. I’m also a trained pastry chef so I need to get up early to go to work, but I’m very good at being quiet. I’m not a big party person and would prefer this to not become the party house. That being said I don’t mind if you want to bring people over for a cookout or to have a dinner party. I also don’t mind if you have a s/o that wants to sleep over every now and again. I just don’t want them living here unless they’re willing to pitch in for rent.
