About the room
When: Between mid/end of June – end of July/beginning of August. The dates are flexible, but looking for someone that would like to rent majority of the time.
The room: The room have two full size beds, closet space, drawer, TV, and private door to the balcony. Private bathroom is located right outside the room in the hallway.
Other facilities: Laundry room on the same floor, gym in the building, and a rooftop with pool, jacuzzi, lounge sofa, bbq grill, and a 360 view over LA, Hollywood Hills, and Downtown LA, with beautiful sunsets. Within walking distance you’ll find cool resturants, bars, grocerie stores, movie theatre, and it is also close to the outdoor mall The Grove.
Price: $770/month per person if two are sharing the room. $1500/month for the whole room if it is only one person.
About the roomies
One female 27/y and a male 25/y is sharing the other bedroom, they are usually at work/in school during daytime. We have been friends for years, and living together for a year now, they are really friendly!
