The room is the lower level of a duplex in Kelvyn Park(near Hermosa and Belmont Cragin). You’d have your own living room, bathroom and kitchenette. Since it’s a lower level ceilings are somewhat low and there are some exposed piping. ~600sqft of private space and a shared artist space if that’s your thing.

Right off of Cicero so a 30 second walk to that bus stop. About a mile from two different metra stations so you’re in the loop in 15-20 minutes.
