A little about your space: Bedroom with own closest and private detached bathroom, outdoor parking in lot.
Our space: Large kitchen with plenty of storage space for your things, living room with large television and TiVo. There is a patio outside with a table and chairs, grill and enough space if you enjoy gardening in planters. There is plenty of parking on site. Unfortunately there is not space for furniture outside of your bedroom.
About me: I am a 40-year-old man who appreciates quiet and privacy. I rarely have guests over, but I do have a girlfriend who visits. I have two jobs and am hoping to rent to a professional with a similar work ethic. I am clean and tidy. I have a small dog and prefer if you do not have pets.
I do not discriminate against race, religion, gender identity or sexual orientation.
About the roomies
Currently I have no roommates, and room is available at anytime. I do have a small super affectionate small breed dog which weighs less then 7 pounds. She is very good with people and kids.
