Cameron Park home with private room and bath down separate hallway. Set 1 hour from Lake Tahoe for year round sports. 2 hours from San Francisco for sightseeing, dining and various cultural options.

Walk in closet plus 4 large, deep hallway cupboards for storage. All utilities include xfinity cable & WiFi plus use of indoor washer & dryer. Shared kitchen and living/dining room.

Outdoor parking next to home. Nice outdoor space with gas BBQ and porch swing. Small quiet neighborhood with only 6 houses on street.

A $40 non refundable cash deposit would be required to complete background checks. This would occur once the home has been viewed for those seriously interested only. A $100 refundable deposit would be required to hold the room once the rental process begins.

Only one female roommate, landlord, on the other side of the house. Newly retired from various positions in nursing. Now fills time with volunteer work for Big Brothers/BigSisters, church, family and friends. Enjoys cooking, entertaining, games, and travel.
